Applying Principles of ballroom dancing and neuroscience to
produce exceptional leaders
About
My clients like to play in a large arena, deeply value making a
difference and thrive on knowing that what they are contributing is at the
center of causes that cannot be ignored or delayed.
I coach executives across the Federal Government, physicians, lawyers,
and engineers who want to become better leaders by enhancing their leadership
capacity. I teach and consult based on programs I design including Leadership
in Motion, which demonstrates 5 principles of leadership through the metaphor
of ballroom dancing; and the Power of the Pause, which takes a
neuroscience-based approach to leadership and well-being using music and
movement.
As Co-founder of the Peer Learning Network, a global collaborative
effort, I am a frequently invited speaker on the power of coaching and
leadership for challenges of solopreneurs, entrepreneurs, teams, organizations
- and of the world. I regularly facilitate peer coaching/learning cohorts in
the private and federal sectors to move people forward in their pursuits.
In addition to being an instructor on leadership and coaching in
organizations, I speak conversational French and I have taught at George
Washington University and Yale University.
